Senseo asked us to look into creative and commercially viable ways to expand the Senseo coffee market. We looked at user scenarios to identify additional Senseo moments, user preferences for enhanced the taste, and ways to optimize user experience.
During our creative journey we discovered, designed, developed, prototyped and suggested an exciting range of innovative and commercially viable accessories, turning every Senseo user into a true Barista!
